Greenstone – Fort Collins, Colorado

This south Fort Collins rural neighborhood boasts large equestrian lots bordered by a charming white, three-rail fence. Native grasses and wildflowers line meandering riding trails. Early in the project’s planning process, the Jim Sell Design team successfully petitioned the developer to extend the development’s boundary to the north – allowing the neighborhood street-system design to naturally follow the terrain.
