Paragon Estates – Fort Collins, Colorado

To preserve mountain views for the 3- to 5-acre home sites in this development, Jim Sell Design used ancient drainage patterns forming a natural amphitheater for the project’s street layout. A 90-acre wildlife preserve rims the south and west boundaries – further enhancing the development’s spectacular views. We used native and ornamental grasses with a palette of indigenous plants and other materials to landscape the natural greenbelt/drainage way and entrance.
