Timnath Farm North – Weld County Colorado   

A 450-acre expansion of the Town of Timnath, this development will create a new downtown adjacent to the existing community and provide easy access from the current neighborhoods while discouraging “cut-through” traffic. The Jim Sell Design team’s challenges include existing utility lines, off-site storm flows, low water tables, and poor surface drainage. Our solution of extensive site grading will result in ponds, open space, and walk-out basements. Land uses include a downtown core, office and commercial projects, and mixed-uses: multi-family, high- to medium-density single-family residences as well as low-density and estate residences.
