Choice Center is a 10 acre mixed use redevlopment project adjacent to CSU. There are 700 student housing beds and redevelopment of the existing retail space along College Ave. This site also has a significant drainage component that conveys 750 cfs of water in a major storm event. Jim Sell Design is responsible for the planning, civil engineering and landscape architecture for this project.
