The Oval Flats, Fort Collins, Colorado

The intent of this redevelopment project is to take advantage of the strategic location by providing high quality student housing. An integral element of the project is to provide a “Lodge” facility for Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity members. This mixed use redevelopment will have retail and residential on the base floor and then four additional stories of residential above. The building will have a total of 108 beds and 4600 sf of retail space.
