Tuscany – Evans, Colorado

The Jim Sell Design team created this 503-acre mixed-use community master plan currently in development Phase I – 130 acres.  The community’s plan incorporates streets on a modified grid, parks, and upscale residences. The site’s dramatic hub is a large round-a-bout surrounded with specialty, multi-family, civic, and commercial buildings. The diverse housing mix enables residents to stay within the community as their needs change.
