IBM Facility – Boulder, Colorado

The grounds of this large corporate campus desperately needed a facelift after years of decline: irrigation systems in disrepair, overgrown and dying plants. Jim Sell Design prepared an extensive landscape renovation plan that analyzed campus conditions, maximized existing landscaping, simplified maintenance procedures, and developed a phased implementation plan – all on an extremely tight schedule.
