Rigden Farm – Fort Collins, Colorado

This 308-acre residential development is the first and reportedly the largest mixed-use project to go through the City of Fort Collins’ new Land Use Code of 1997. Jim Sell Design was at the helm of this challenging effort that rerouted/improved a major arterial street, enhanced a major drainage bisecting the property, and moved an existing farmstead and several 30-foot trees. The project has been enormously successful.
