This is a 5-acre commercial development at the corner of Timberline and Drake roads. To process the rezoning and prepare the site design and engineering, Jim Sell Design used a computer-generated model to better illustrate the character of the corner. Our site design included an elaborate water feature, sculpture, arbor, and terraced retaining walls.
