Diamond Valley Community Park – Windsor, Colorado

In 2000, Jim Sell Design completed the master development plan for this 100-acre regional park. Through the years, this facility has provided the Town of Windsor with a much-needed baseball/softball complex. Through collaboration, Windsor leaders hope to incorporate a minor-league baseball stadium into the park and to acquire a minor-league team. Jim Sell Design was instrumental in orchestrating a development team comprised of town staff, board members, and local referral agencies; developing presentation graphics to acquire grant money; coordinating on-site regional utility projects; working closely with neighboring developments for land agreements and detention facilities; and maintaining the project budget.
