Eastman Park – Windsor, Colorado

The Jim Sell Design team designed this 24-acre park with five playing fields for competitive soccer and other community sporting events. The project includes a restroom and concession building, skate park, and irrigation pond. The park also serves as a trailhead for the Poudre River Trail. The Architects' Studio, of Fort Collins, designed the restroom/concession building that includes a breezeway/gateway providing a framed view of the pond and river beyond; a concession stand occupies the opposite end. There are ample outdoor spaces around the building, including covered picnic areas.
