A 75-acre facility that hosts the Weld County Fair, Greeley Stampede, and numerous other events annually required a stellar design – in both scale and character. The Jim Sell Design team rose to the challenge, integrating steel and native sandstone to convey not only a sense of permanence, but a welcoming spirit that enhances the park's more than 100-year history for Greeley and surrounding communities.
