This 42-acre site has nine playing fields for competitive soccer and other community sporting events. The project includes a designated picnic shelter and a hard-surface area for Rollerblading® and skateboarding. The Jim Sell Design team incorporated a retention pond and on-site irrigation pumping station to address the need for community storm-water detention.
