Red Mountain Ranch – Gunnison County, Colorado

The master plan for this 1,400-acre development south of Crested Butte, Colorado, includes 600 additional acres of adjacent properties – a total of 2,000 acres. Jim Sell Design carefully weighed the site and adjoining valley’s environmental and breathtaking visual considerations. In formulating the site plan, we used computer modeling (bottom image) as well as on-site evaluations. As a result, home visibility will be minimal from the valley or from any individual home site.
