Santa Fe Mountain Ranch – Evergreen, Colorado

Jim Sell Design provided comprehensive site analysis maps for the more than 5,000-acre Santa Fe Mountain Ranch site in Clear Creek County near Golden, Colorado. Working with the City of Golden, we coordinated with appropriate consultants to prepare a series of site inventory maps detailing analyses for wetlands, wildlife, geology, slope, and elevation. During 2000-2001, we developed building envelope and roadway concepts to address county zoning and development maps.
