Colorado State University’s New Academic Village is a 42 million dollar project consisting of three new residence colleges and a dining facility. The Village incorporates a live-study concept for the students and faculty. The residence colleges will house students in upper floors while providing classrooms, offices and staff apartments on the first floors. Jim Sell Design provided the landscape architecture services for the entire project and civil engineering services for the Dining Commons portion.
