University Center for the Arts – Colorado State University,

To create the University Center for the Arts, Colorado State purchased the old Fort Collins High School that is located adjacent to campus. Jim Sell Design has provided planning and landscape architecture services on both completed expansion and rehabilitation phases that have nearly doubled the square footage of the facility. Improvements include entryway enhancements, parking lot and drop off areas, as well as creating a unified landscape vocabulary.
