University Plaza is a pedestrian gateway to the central core of the Colorado State University campus. The plaza had been a street bisecting the central campus space. Its transformation included isolating bicycle parking and providing seating and logical pedestrian circulation. The new identity of this area includes stone veneered gateway signage walls, specialized paving and the installation of over 2000 perennials lining the plaza.
